It is important to learn and practice then gradually adopt a pace suitable to lifestyle. This keto meal prep cookbook gave me enough insight to get started with the meal.

The quick and healthy meal is all we long for. There are several ways in which we can incorporate keto plans into our everyday diet, and 30 minutes meal prep recipes are the easiest way out. Entering into the world of ketogenic diet require more of the mental strength than physical. Well written by the Author. I got helps from this keto meal prep guide. Suggested!

The recipes look good and fairly easy to make. I appreciate that most of the recipes have pictures of the finished item. The information at the beginning of the book is helpful for those of us considering giving keto a try. Overall quite nice.

Terrible. It’s hard to believe this book ever got published or had an editor. Rather, it appears to have been cut/pasted perhaps from blog(s) without further copy editing for format, font, or logic. It’s possible the cut/paste job wasn’t even discerning enough to ensure the content came from keto blogs. For instance, one of the recipes tells you to pierce and then bake the “potato” - um, hello? This is a KETO cookbook, there is no place for a potato here. Also, randomly instructions would be numbered starting at something like #23 instead of, you know, #1.Although I think this book was less than $6 to buy, I had to return it as I couldn’t stand to think of such a horribly written and edited book taking up space in my house. Just awful.

I cannot believe all the positive reviews this book has. First of all, so many of the ingredients are not keto friendly... barbecue sauce, carrots, quinoa, peas, potatoes... these are all ingredients to avoid. Also, there are so many typos and grammatical errors in this book it is really hard to follow. This book was very quickly and cheaply put together and I would not trust that the recipes are good for your keto lifestyle.

I’ve tried 7 different keto cookbooks and this one is by far my favorite. The book is written well and the photos are incredible! My favorite recipes were the salmon patties, green omelet wraps and chocolate cookies - easy to make and they taste delicious. Also every recipe comes with the meal macros, so it’s easy to follow the veto diet. I would also recommend checking out Tina's blog for even more recipe ideas!

I wouldn't trust this book, there were recipes that called for Non-Keto approved ingredients. Add that to this book being filled with misspellings & grammatical errors, to the point that I found it distracting. The feel of the paper is very similar to the kind used in children's coloring books.

Great book for my class . Shipped quick and was a very reasonable price . Very satisfied.

The book was in ok condition, but it was bent straight through the middle. Otherwise everything was good.

I ordered the wrong book, then they sent me the correct one while giving me a full refund on the incorrect book that I didn't want. All they required was I send back the book. Well for some reason I sent back a different book, an incorrect one and they reshipped that one back out to me at no charge. Then I successfully sent back the correct book and everything went well. I would definitely buy from these people again. Amazing customer service and quality products.

This is an excellent introduction to the history of ancient Rome. It seems to be aimed at high school students, as an adjunct to their study of Latin. Older readers will enjoy it as well. Before digging into something heavier, like Grant's history, or Dudley, or a college-level text such as Sinnigen & Boak, it's good to get an overview and a idea of the main themes; if you start out with those heavier volumes, it's easy to lose sight of the main currents, and get caught up in the details and minutiae.It follows a fairly traditional path, and concentrates on political and military history. In style, this book reminded me of the two histories of Rome that Isaac Asimov wrote. It does not assume any previous knowledge of Rome, and the author includes many edifying and entertaining episodes from Livy, stories that are part and parcel of our Western heritage.Note: this work is heavily weighted toward early Rome and the Republic. The author doesn't get to the Principate until page 227 out of 284. (An aside: the book has a total of 300 pages, not the 320 mentioned above.) For full information about the Empire, you'll want to supplement this book with something else.The book could have done with some more pictures and maps, but all in all, a good value for the price, and a wonderful way to start learning about our Latin heritage.

Zoch has done an excellent job in bringing about an easy reading yet very informative book on the history of Rome. The author has treated the myths Rome held important to their founding and throughout their culture as key to understanding Rome and her culture, so one will get an excellent glimpse of Rome and her legendary figures. The book goes up until the time of Augustus then it slows down. He gives basically an epitome of Rome's Imperial period. It is intended for a general study and intoduction to Roman history and is written more for the high school level than anything. I will say that this is not a bad thing as it provides a good study and is very simple to read. One area that I found frustrating was, was his lack of dates. But overall the book is a good resource to have, especially if one is just starting a study of Rome, and although is written rather simple and straightfoward, is written in such a way to convey the information to an audience that ranges from jr. high on up. I recommend this book to anyone who wants a good introductory history to Rome, especially her myths.

I have not read the book first of all, but i would like to say that i know Mr. Zoch, he is my Latin teacher at my high school. I would like to read this book, because he uses it in class. He has fun in the class, and adds humor to the class while getting a serious point across.

As a high school latin teacher, Mr. Zoch is an interesting indiviual. After taking his class for two years, we have come to find that his personal opinions and preferences contribute to his teaching philosophy and view on history. His love for the Greatful Dead and "Locked up Abroad" have come to shape his class discussions. These odd subjects of fascination have contributed to his styles of writing. In his book Ancient Rome: An Introductory History, he uses these views to shape interesting stories. All in all this book shows what Paul Zoch can teach and his ability to shape uninteresting topics into stories that are easy to remember.Sincerely, Latin 2 2008/2009

It is quite funny and has some "inappropriate" language, not normally heard at a Seder. We had a wide range of ages at our Seder and everyone thought it was a different approach to the Haggadah. I can see how a more Traditional person could take offense, however. It did cover the basic requirements of a Seder. Best of all, everyone participated! Meanwhile, in the spirit of this Haggadah, we expanded on some of the wording and ideas. Considering the degrees of observance, though, some people thought we could do even more but generally, it made for a warm and thoughtful Seder.

This is a funny,thought provoking Haggadah. It provides spiritual guidance for Pesach, and tells the story without being heavy on the Hashem, so to speak.I am not sure I would use it to have a Seder with, but soome of the ideas and suggestions could be incorporated into a Seder, albeit not a strictly traditional one.I collect Haggadahs and this is one I will add to my permanent collection.

I bought one to check it out, then bought 9 more so we could use it at our smaller, second night seder. Definitely for a particular audience and not for younger children (which should be obvious). Even those in our group who tend to get bored even when creative elements are added to our regular seder found this very entertaining, engaging and challenging as well.

This book is perfect for those who want to enjoy the wonderful traditions of Judaism, but just can't take themselves too seriously. Best passover ever.

I'm orthodox from birth aka FFB (frum from birth...and/or frum from brooklyn) while nobody's confusing this with artscoll or sacks...there IS a place for this and the dimension it adds to the seder especially the second half of the second night ...hey we're the people who invented irreverence (or was it wholesale?...or maybe guilt?)...anyway having just completed my 54th seder about a month ago, all i can say is, a lot of whats in here is reminiscent of the sidebar conversations at our seder...and if i end up in hell for this, i hope they don't seat me next to hugh hefner because it'll be really embarrassing to tell him why I'm there considering why he'll (probably) be there.

Our son went to a seder and this haggadah was passed around. He wanted a copy for himself and just began to look at it, but suffice to say it isn't your usual haggadah. It is definitely an unusual read.

Perhaps I should have read more carefully what this book was before I ordered it. I was looking for extra readings to add to my otherwise normal conservative seder service, perhaps something with which to tempt the college students at my table who typically come to seder with their arms crossed and wearing their ironical angst on their quizzical eye-brows. But, this book is not funny irreverent, just tastelessly irreverent. You would have to be far, far outside the mainstream of any branch of Judaism to find this book a useful addition to your seder, and then one might wonder, with such a perspective on Judaism, why you would bother with a seder, as this seems more useful in service of mocking the seder than in contributing to the seder. I was so offended that I actually shredded the thing rather than return it, at least there is one fewer of them in the world now.

Don't buy this book! It's awful. Sounds like a 13 year old or college boy wrote it trying to be cute. The language, quotes, suggested actions (including making pot macaroons) aren't something you'd want kids to see or hear. Many "facts" appear to be made up and this book adds absolutely no value to anyone. I buy a few Haggadahs every year looking for new interesting ideas and discussion points for our family sedar. Amazon has many wonderful offerings here. I strongly suggest the editors remove this one PERMANENTLY from your list.
